Purchased our VW Golf R from Fratelli a few weeks ago. I went into the buying process thinking that I would buy a car from a main dealer but saw this well spec’d model come up and looked mint in the photos so thought as it’s local why not have a look. My girlfriend and I went along to view and that’s where we met Geoff and his team, we were instantly impressed by just how clean and well prepared the car was and also the friendly, passionate and non pushy approach. We were given time to inspect the car and went for a nice test drive. We were due to see a car at a VW dealer in the afternoon who had already agreed a part ex price for my BMW and was priced the same as this car but in the end I believed this was such a well looked after example and with Geoffs sensible way of doing business we agreed on a deal that was fair and we agreed to take the car. The car had an MOT and oil service due, I really wanted it for the weekend and Geoff pulled the stops out to ensure it was MOT’d and serviced that day so I could collect it in the afternoon. We have loved the car in the 700 miles we’ve covered so far and it’s been faultless and like new to drive. As a bonus the car beads up beautifully in the rain so was detailed well prior to sale and the 12 month comprehensive warranty included was the cherry on top. We will keep the car for a couple of years and Fratelli will be our first stop to source a replacement car. Thank you to all of the team, a great local, family business.
