I had just come out of surgery when the Mercedes C300D came up on my Autotrader search. I placed the call almost immediately, and could tell Geoff had a real passion for his cars. Having not seen or driven the car I put my deposit down immediately; that was how confident I was with the service being provided just by one call. It wasnt until 2 weeks later I picked the car up (Post-op recovery, and work commitments). I had made the correct call, the car was spotless, well presented, and ready for me to do the paperwork and drive off. Paula was very efficient, and did all of the usual documentation, tax, warranties etc. I had part exchanged my BMW 530D and the transaction was a fair price, smooth, and without the usual niggling pert-ex reductions because of a scratch here and there. I left with a smile on my face and a very nice motor. Paula and Geof run a very tight ship, are welcoming, and you should be very confident in the service they provide. I suspect this might be the start of a very expensive relationship.
