Dear Fratelli team,

I wanted to thank you so much for making my dream come true!

I had been wanting to buy a 911 for a number of years, but had less than satisfactory experiences with Porsche dealers whom I found rather dismissive unless you were considering a new car (and also very inflexible on price). I found myself in fast BMWs and Audis, but not in a 911.

My dealer experience with Fratelli could not have been more different. As many other reviewers have commented, Geoff loves his cars! He is a real enthusiast (especially Porsches) and goes out of his way to make the whole buying process as enjoyable and hassle free as possible.

The trade in price for my existing car was more than fair (I had done my research) and we reached a sensible deal on extending the OPC warranty so that I could buy with even more confidence and security. Faye handled all of the sale admin with efficiency and aplomb.

Reece had done a fabulous job detailing the car and the Williams ceramic coating I decided to go for finished the vehicle brilliantly. Although 5 years old, the car looks immaculate (and I am very fussy).

That desire for my 911 to be perfect meant that when I got home I was horrified to see a small nick on one of the alloys. I was certain I had not caused it, but plenty of dealers would have said bad luck once it was off their forecourt. Not Geoff. He took the car back and got the wheel refurbished within the week (giving me a courtesy car in the meantime).

That is real service and to me demonstrates why serious car buyers should trust him to supply them with the car of their dreams too!
