I am writing to share the quality of service I received from Fratelli Cars when I purchased my Audi TT quattro last week.

From very first contact what shone through was the enthusiasm and commitment of the team to provide excellent service. We asked to view the car on a Bank Holiday and that was arranged with no fuss. We were given as much time to explore the car as we wished with no pressure to rush our decision. The car was immaculately presented, just what I wanted so I bought it.

The price was fair, the purchasing process incredibly efficient and delivery immediately organised.

Many thanks to Paula  and Geoff for making whole process so enjoyable.

I can say without hesitation that Fratelli Cars has delivered my best ever car buying experience.
